One of those species that can be positively identified from a photograph.

Length: Males, ≈5.5 mm, females ≈7 mm.*

Phenology: March - October

Distribution: Nationally widespread, (not common). County, 2 records for VC54. VC53, according to the NBN Gateway none. The latter will be rectified soon by Mick E Talbot, (me). I have several records for grid ref, SK95 68.
